WHO SHOULD SIGN UP?

Can you skip a meal without feeling shaky, hangry, headachy, or irritated?

Does your energy nose-dive after lunch and send you rummaging for junk food and caffeine?

Do you feel anxious a couple of hours after eating?

Do your nighttime sugar cravings feel out of control?

Are you eating "healthy", but still not feeling your best?

If you answered yes to any of the above, you're in the right place.

AND if you've been told by a doctor that you're pre-diabetic, insulin resistant, or your blood sugar is too high, you're also in the right place.

This isn't about deprivation.

It's about discovering an easy, satisfying way to eat the food you love while taking control of your health so you feel strong, energized, and productive. You'll likely sleep better too.

Give us 6 hours and we'll change the way you think about eating. Permanently.

Eating healthy can seem confusing these days, but there is ONE foundational concept that changes everything. That's what you'll discover here.

Constant blood sugar swings are at the root of many of the symptoms that keep us feeling awful. They cause so much internal wear and tear that they are even associated with an increased risk of many modern chronic diseases. This is often fixable, but figuring out how to fix it can feel frustrating. This program will help you understand what's causing you to feel the way you do so you can change it.

By the end of this course you will:

  • know the secret to eating balanced meals that make you feel great
  • be able to skip meals without feeling shaky & irritable or triggering a headache
  • feel more energized and stable all day long
  • feel more focused & productive. during the day without the brain fog
  • feel more in control of your cravings and mood
  • improve the quality of your sleep
  • discover "healthy" foods that are undermining your personal health
  • know how to move high blood sugar markers back into a healthy range
  • reduce your risk of chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, and others

WHAT STUDENTS ARE SAYING....

“I’m 44 years old and having tried every diet under the sun I didn’t think I would learn anything new, but there was actually a ton of new information. The best part is I can still eat foods I love but now I know which foods to eat them with, and when to eat them to keep my energy level steady and my blood sugar in a healthy zone.”

- Kara S, Los Angeles, CA

“By being more conscious about what I was eating I didn’t crave sugar as much and I wasn’t as bloated. I noticed my sleep was better, I was calmer. I see the connection between sleep and blood sugar. It absolutely made a difference.”

-Melissa F, Toronto, Canada

How This Works...

This on-demand, self-paced course includes 6 one-hour videos you can watch at your own pace. The videos are class recordings from our most recent live class.

We highly recommend watching one video each week, then using the rest of that week to practice implementing what you've learned. Of course you can watch all of the videos back to back, whenever you want, but spreading them out over 6 weeks has helped many of our students build and maintain lifelong habits that they have come to love.

This package also includes educational handouts, recipes and meal ideas, and a private dedicated Facebook group where you can ask questions and get them answered by professional health coaches, Galite Shafer and Randi Miller.

What to Expect.

While each week covers a variety of new topics, here's what you can expect:

  • A weekly hack - leave each class with a simple, precise action you can begin practicing right away
  • An easy to implement way to structure meals (using foods you personally love) to eliminate uncomfortable blood sugar symptoms
  • A clear and thorough understanding of how blood sugar works in your body and why it's important
  • A science-based look at how blood sugar impacts specific conditions, such as Alzheimer's, Cardiovascular disease, Depression & Anxiety, Hormones, Insulin Resistance, Diabetes, and more
  • A solid understanding of glycemic index, glycemic load, and glycemic variability
  • How glucometers and continuous glucose monitors work and the benefits of trying them
  • Blood glucose related lab markers -- their names, what they mean, and what you can ask your doctor about
  • and more!
